Classes are a mix of Aqua Sensory, Water Safety , Baby Massage, Post Natal Exercise and Song to encourage children to learn basic water safety, swimming skills and to foster a love of the water. Plus it gets parents moving, ready to chase those kids around !!
We follow the STA International Learn 2 Swim program. All lessons are planned and structured incorporating best practices from EYFS and ILSP. Our sessions are the perfect balance of fun and relaxed but still structured with learning outcomes.
We are a purpose built facility offering Parent and Baby sessions that are a unique blend of skills, safety and support that you wont find anywhere else. Our super heated, mineral pool means no harsh chemicals or temperature changes for babies (the change rooms are 30 degrees too !!) and we are the ONLY swim centre in Cornwall purpose built with aaaaaahmazing family facilities, so many baby changing spaces you won’t know which one to use! Huge car park , enormous lounge/cafe and play area and ginormous outdoor play area. Built by our family for your family.
These lessons are ideally for those 0-4 but children with additional needs can stay in these classes until they are ready to progress to squads.
Your baby can join as soon as their umbilical area has healed, no need to wait for vaccinations.

Classes run 7 mornings a week, we group children together by age.
New baby classes have only 6 babies to allow two adults to come with the child.
ALL other age classes have 6-8 children and are currently restricted to only one parent with 2 additional adult spaces on a rota basis.
Classes are approximately 25 mins and cost £12.50 Payable termly before the first class of each term. We do not offer not taster sessions as we are sure you will love the sessions.
