Family Owed Hydro Pool
As a family run business and NHS approved center, community is at the heart of all we do.
Our 35 °C mineral-rich hydro pool uses a UV treatment system instead of harsh chemicals, making it gentle on sensitive skin perfect for early baby swim experiences and therapeutic sessions.
Over the years we’ve grown with the community we serve and our swimmers now range in age from 2 weeks to 92 years! Our fantastic pool is now open seven days a week and we offer a wide range of classes, including:
Hydro Bubbles – our baby swim programme (0–4 yrs)
Oz Squads – structured children’s swim squads (4–10 yrs)
Hydrotherapy & water therapy – for injury recovery, pain relief, and gentle fitness
Aqua Natal & Postnatal fitness – specialist sessions for parents
Our centre is purpose-built for families, with heated 30 °C changing rooms, baby changing stations, a spacious lounge and café, indoor play space, and a large outdoor area. Whether you’re here for a baby swimming class, a hydrotherapy session, or private pool hire, Kernow Hydro offers a comfortable, community-focused space for everyone.
We proudly welcome swimmers from All across Cornwall, including Truro, Falmouth, Newquay, and Penzance.
